We offer a 7 day full refund return policy from the delivery date

We offer a 10% discount/refund on pillow inserts for 2 or more purchase of the inserts. In case of return/refund. You will be credited/refund the value after discount.

Please contact us as soon possible, before the 7 day period. We will offer a full refund upon reception of return item. We don't cover return shipping unless the item has a manufacturer defect or the item arrived broken. Please let us know as soon as you see delivery damage that we can file a claim.

Items with stains are not acceptable unless the stain is a result of delivery damage
